Zhou ying -
founder &
Head Coach
Zhou Ying is a renowned national Rhythmic Gymnastics coach in Singapore. She started her training at the age of 4 and has been actively involved in the sport ever since. She was an elite athlete and a representative of the Shanghai Rhythmic Gymnastics team. With more than 16 years of experience, Zhou Ying continues to pursue the sport with a burning passion. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching, her determination, broad vision and innovative mindset have helped her in preparing the Singapore team for major competitions such as the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, SEA games etc.

Head coach
Sara embarked on her gymnastics journey at the age of 7, igniting a remarkable 15-year career marked by extraordinary achievements. A three-time national champion in Japan, Sara soared to success with three gold medals at the prestigious 2010 Asian Championships. Her talent and dedication led her to represent Japan at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore and to train alongside Olympians in Bulgaria.
Renowned for her world-class apparatus handling skills and the creation of over 450 meticulously choreographed routines, Sara has shared her expertise through masterclasses in Japan and coaching roles with Singapore's national team and in the USA. Her unwavering passion for the sport continues to ignite inspiration among athletes worldwide, setting a standard of excellence in gymnastics coaching.
Hanna

Level head coach
Hanna brings over a decade of dedicated experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics as a former member of Ukraine's National Team. Her coaching journey spans both Senior and Junior squads in these disciplines, guiding athletes to local and international competitions. Hanna amassed multiple medals and achieved podium success in prestigious events including World Cups and World Championships over her 15-year career as an athlete.
Poh san - stage coach
Poh San brings extensive coaching experience from Malaysia, where she was a standout member of the National gymnastics team. Now in Singapore, she's inspiring our gymnastic community with her expertise. During her impressive 14-year gymnastics career, Poh San earned numerous accolades in local and international competitions. Her success extended beyond personal achievements as she mentored aspiring gymnasts to excel on the global stage.
Passionate about nurturing the next generation of gymnasts, Poh San's dedication has crossed borders to enrich our team. Her experience and commitment make her an invaluable role model for our young athletes.
SheryL Leong - Coach
Sheryl is a dedicated learner with a deep passion for dance. Her dance journey began at the age of 13 with Odyssey Dance Theatre, where she had the honour of representing the company in both local and international productions. During her schooling years, Sheryl trained under renowned choreographers and competed in prestigious competitions, earning trophies from events like Get the Beat and D2 Chingay Dance Competition. Inspired by her dance background, she developed an interest in rhythmic gymnastics, finding parallels in her training. Under the direct mentorship of Ms. Zhou Ying, Sheryl worked diligently to master the techniques. Now, she is eager to give back to the community by grooming the next generation of gymnasts.
Zhao rong -

Zhao Rong's love for gymnastics began at the tender age of 7, her passion has brought her to become a national gymnast and a coach. During her years as a gymnast, she had represented Singapore in several overseas competitions and was also selected as captain of her team. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Scoliosis at the age of sixteen and had to undergo a major operation. This life changing event although ended her days as a national gymnast, it did not extinguish her passion. Zhao Rong redirected her focus and embarked on her journey as a coach by going for courses to sharpen her skills and helping out in various clubs and schools. She eventually settled down in Agape Rhythmic Gymnastics, a place where she calls home. As one of the youngest few coaches in Singapore, she always seek to find room for improvements, in hopes that she can continue contributing to the Singapore's Rhythmic Gymnastics scene.
Michele - Assistant Coach
Michele started Rhythmic Gymnastics when she was 7 and entered Singapore’s High Performance Squad when she was 8. At 13, she officially joined Singapore’s National Team, representing Singapore in various international competitions from 2014-2018. Throughout her Gymnastics career, she achieved numerous national titles, most notably the 2015 National Junior Champion, the 2016 Interschool Champion and the 2017 Singapore Open Champion. Beyond local representation, she represented Singapore in 4 Asian Championships, 1 World Championship and the 2017 SEA Games, in which she achieved a silver and bronze medal for Singapore. Extending her passion for Rhythmic Gymnastics, Michele became a National Level 2 Judge and a National Level 1 Coach. She seeks to inspire young gymnasts and motivate them to excel to new heights in the sport.
Lyn -
Assistant Coach
Lyn was an elite rhythmic gymnast with Singapore Gymnastics for 10 years between 2009 and 2019. Having started at a young age, she has since represented Singapore and medaled at many recognized national and international competitions, such as the 2017 and 2019 South East Asian Games, Asian Senior and Junior Championships, Pacific Rim Championships and so on. With the experience she gained during her time with the national team, Lyn’s strong passion for rhythmic gymnastics continues even after her retirement from her sporting career as she makes a point to give back to the gymnastics community by coaching and inspiring future young talents at Agape Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Noelle GOh -
Assistant CoacH
Noelle was a former National Team Gymnast from 2009 to 2015, representing Singapore at various international competitions, such as the 2015 SEA Games, Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Lisbon, Pacific Rim Championships and the 13th Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics Asian Championships. After leaving the National Team, Noelle continues to give back to the gymnastics community in Singapore by passing on her experiences and knowledge to budding gymnasts as both coach and judge.
Alison -
Assistant CoacH
Alison was a former National Team Rhythmic Gymnast from 2012 to 2015, representing Singapore at both in national and international competitions. These included the 2015 SEA Games, the 2015 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Lisbon, the 2014 Pacific Rim Championships and the 13th Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics Asian Championships.
