Rhythmic Gymnastics Intern
AGAPE RG is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance coaching team and be part of taking Singapore Gymnastics to the next level. We are looking for dedicated, knowledgeable and resourceful Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaching interns to help establish our athletes as strong competitors on the world stage in the future.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the scheduling and organization of a range of gymnastics related events.
• Assist with the implementation of training programs, workshops, camps.
• Complete gymnastics competition entries and assist in competition management set-up.
• Manage and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Keep coaches informed of updates and progress.
• Assist coaches in administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
• Successful competition track record in gymnastics.
• Gymnastics coaching certifications by national or international governing bodies a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate well to students, parents and coaches.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach - Full Time
Job Description – Rhythmic Gymnastics Full-Time Coach
(We are also open to ballet and dance instructors who are keen to be a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach but has no experience in this sport.)

• Write and deliver training/lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
• Prepare athletes for upcoming competitions and internal tests.
• Track and provide feedback on students’ progress to parents.
• Assist with the scheduling and organising gymnastics related events.
• Assist with the implementation of training programs, workshops and training camps.
• Handling gymnastics competition entries and assist in competition management set-up.
• Manage and maintain facilities and equipment.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Rhythmic Gymnastics coaching experience.
• Successful competition track record in gymnastics.
• Capable of teaching both recreational and competitive classes.
• Gymnastics coaching certifications by national or international governing bodies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate well to students, parents and coaches.
• Able to work independently and as part of a coaching team
Administrative Assistant
AGAPE RG is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance sports club and be part of taking Singapore Gymnastics to the next level. We are looking for dedicated, knowledgeable and resourceful Administrative Assistant to manage and monitor client accounts and provide clerical support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all administrative secretarial functions and clerical duties, inclusive of filing and bidding;
• Responsible for proactive client engagement over WhatsApp chats and hotline;
• Responsible for meeting and appointment arrangements;
• Ensure proper housekeeping of important and confidential documents required for business;
• Participate in the sporting events as Coordinator
• Assist with preparation of reports, presentation, and ensure timely circulation of documents;
• Liaise with essential stakeholders and to ensure technical quality and regulations are strictly adhered;
• Perform related ad-hoc duties if necessary;
• Preferably familiar with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp platforms.
Requirements:
• Minimum A-Level Certification
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Strong experience in managing Facebook & Instagram Accounts
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, tech-savvy and able to work independently
